    • Domestic (within India): 3–7 business days.

    • International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on customs clearance).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (logistics delays, customs, strikes, or natural events).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (announced during checkout or promotions). Standard shipping charges apply otherwise.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. INIXIO Perfumes is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, refusal), reshipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

  • Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
