At INIXIO Perfumes, every fragrance is crafted with care and precision. We value your trust and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. Since perfumes are personal-use items, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards in our return and refund process.

1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes.

  • Returns are only eligible if:

    • You receive the wrong product.

    • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In case of promotional discounts or free gifts, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed perfumes.

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or limited edition samples.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
